ALL the plugins I use are FREE. Some do have Pro versions you can pay for that are better but I accomplish building 100% of the whole store with only spending money on a domain ($11/a year) and Server Space ($7/Month).
I found that I spent a lot of time trying to find free plugins for what I was trying to achieve on my site, 99% were all paid but with a little persistence and hard searching, you can always find what you’re looking for.
So that’s why I’m compiling this list, to save other people’s time. There is no need for a beginner to pay for plugins, the basics can all be accomplished. After you’ve made your first sales, then you can reinvest in premium plugins.
If you want to learn more about setting up your own WordPress Dropshipping store and get my pre-made templates to check out the course. I will take you through every single step and help you set up unlimited Dropshipping stores for just a one time fee of $7/month.
PLUGINS
- WORDPRESS – Do NOT be fooled WORDPRESS IS FREE!!! This may sound confusing but it isn’t. There is a difference between WordPress.com and the application WordPress. The application WordPress is 100% free for you to install on your server.
- Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce – This plugin is CRUCIAL. It lets you add tracking numbers to your orders. After a customer makes an order and you fulfill it on Aliexpress, you can paste the tracking number in and attach it to the receipt, once you mark it as complete.
- Color Mobile Browser Address Bar – Change the color of the address bar on a mobile device to fit the color scheme of your site.
- Dropship Me – Imports items from Aliexpress into your WooCommerce store. You can import 50 items with a free account. Works perfectly for a single product and niche stores.
- Tawk.io – Online chat support to answer Customers’ questions. An essential for any dropshipping store to give A+ customer support.
- Google Analytics Dashboard for WP (GADWP) – Easily integrate Google Analytics into your site so you can track whos currently visiting.
- Mailchimp – Allows you to create a pop-up and collect emails for free. It can also automate sending emails to new subscribers or ones on your mailing list.
- Judge.me Product Reviews for WooCommerce – This plugin took me ages to find, it’s the only “free” plugin I know of to do this. Basically you can import Aliexpress reviews onto your product page. It’s not fully automated, you have to manually create a CSV file and import it to the app. But it does the job.
- Elementor – I use this plugin to build all my pages. It’s the best page builder on the Internet and it comes with pre-built templates you can use that are free.
- Cartflows – Plugin to create beautiful funnels for a one-product store or to sell a service.
- Redirection – This plugin is great for tidying up loose ends. If you don’t want your visitors accessing certain pages then you can redirect them to a “404 Error” page when they try to access it.
- Sales Pop – The notification at the bottom of the screen saying “Sara from New York has bought 1 item in the last hour” Great for creating on-site social proof.
- WooCommerce Abandon Cart – This plugin sends an E-mail to Customers who cancel checking out and will send as many follow up emails as you want.
- WPFront Notification Bar – Basic plugin to add a notification bar to the top of your website.
